How to use
Follow the directions on each label. Day Drops: 15 drops, 20–30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Night Drops: 45 drops, 1–2 hours before bed. Mix one scoop of Glicotrol with 250 mL of water once daily with your largest meal.
