At Noni Nectar, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping depends on where you're ordering from, so please check the section for your country below.

1. United States Orders

  • Shipped from: US orders are shipped by Partner.Co from its US warehouse in Draper, Utah.
  • Shipping rate: US$12.99 flat rate, with tracking.
  • Delivery time: up to 7 business days.
  • Customs and duties: none. US orders ship from within the United States.
  • Currency: all US prices are in US dollars.

2. Australian Orders

  • Shipped from: within Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Shipping rate: A$12 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of A$99 or more.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Currency: all Australian prices are in Australian dollars.

3. Canadian Orders

  • Shipped from: Australia, dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping rate: A$20 flat rate.
  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customs and duties: import duties or taxes charged by Canada are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help locate it with the carrier.
